Openn is a boutique design firm based in Mexico City, our goal is to create solutions for people with different abilities, languages, cultures, gender, and age. We believe diversity is the key to innovation and that every person has the right to experience what the world has to offer.
She's passionate about design as the guide to a good education and her goal is to create Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) strategies for each person and thus transform current training models. She worked as a Training Analyst for franchises at KidZania where she designed training programs for international collaborators. As founder and director of Openn Inclusive Design, she helps clients such as the Chamber of Deputies, The Learning Club, Pacifica Resort, among others, create Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies for each person and thus transform current training models. “I am passionate about education in all it's forms and I firmly believe that design is the vehicle for a good education”
