Luz Ashby is a Creative Leader and visual artist from Mexico City currently living and working in Chicago.
She’s the Associate Creative Director on the Global Creative Team for Aon in charge of overseeing the LATAM and North America regions, where she is in charge of evolving the brand, while focusing on its big-picture impact at a global scale, bringing it to life when creating human-centered experiences, that are both functional & aesthetically pleasing.
She brings her marketing, product, and technology background into every touchpoint putting a holistic focus on the brand approach.
From her love of art and design, she got a BA in Graphic Design from Universidad Iberoamericana and has been practicing design since 2011 as well as art in the form of illustration, lettering and painting.
